There is underground electric run to the cabin but there is no running water or sewer. An outhouse is available for when nature calls. The land is beautiful, thick with trees, and is perfect for getting out and enjoying the outdoors. Two hunting stands are included. One is a larger enclosed pedestal stand, and the other is a 4x4platform stand. Also included is a 8x12' shed to store your gear. Located only 15 minutes out of Superior in an area known to contain an abundance of wildlife. Just over the bluff will provide many warmer days compared to being next to Lake Superior.
